1. Mit der Mitgliedschaft in Betties Club, bestätigen Sie, dass Sie mindestens 18 Jahre oder älter sind und es Ihnen verständlich ist, dass es sich bei dem hier angebotenen Bild- und Videomaterial um erotische Bilder und Videos handelt.
2. Sie bestätigen, dass Sie die Bild- und Videomaterialien nur und ausschließlich für den privaten Eigengebrauch einsetzen und eine Weitergabe an Dritte nicht erfolgt.
3. Sie bestätigen, dass Sie zu keiner Zeit das Bild- oder Videomaterial von dieser Seite vervielfältigen, bearbeiten, veröffentlichen oder versenden. Dieses ist ausdrücklich nur mit Sondergenehmigung gestattet.
4. Die Mitglieder in Betties Club sind eigenständig für die Handhabung der Abrechnungsperioden verantwortlich.
5. Mit Eintritt in den Betties Club bestätigen Sie, dass Sie mit dem Service der automatischen Verlängerung der Buchungsperioden einverstanden sind. Die AGBs des Abrechnungsunternehmens Afendis und United Online Transfer werden mit dem Abschluss der Mitgliedschaft ebenfalls zu 100 % akzeptiert.
6. Die Kündigung der Mitgliedschaft ist zu jederzeit möglich. Vorauszahlungen für längere Zugangszeiten werden nicht erstattet. Ihr Account bleibt bis zum Ablauf des gekündigten Vertrages für Sie freigeschaltet. Kündigungen müssen über das Zahlungssystem von Afendis erfolgen: www.afendis-support.de/ oder über United Online Transfer Support
7. Die angemeldeten Mitglieder haben keinerlei rechtlichen Anspruch auf regelmäßige Veröffentlichungen von neuen Bildern oder Videos. Alle Mitglieder stimmen zu, dass das Veröffentlichen von neuen Bildern und Videos eine Serviceleistung ist, die freiwillig vom Seitenbetreiber geleistet wird. Der entrichtete Betrag für die Nutzungsdauer bezieht sich immer nur auf das auf der Seite zur Zeit befindliche Foto- und Videomaterial.
8. Der Einsatz von Download-Programmen wie Download-Manager oder Hilfsprogramme zum Download der Inhalte dieser Seite ist strengstens untersagt. Sollten diese dennoch zum Einsatz gebracht werden, werden die anfallenden Traffic-Kosten und mindestens aber 1.500,- € Strafe fällig !

At no time may this material be reproduced, copied, edited, published or transmitted in any way without the written permission of Bettie Ballhaus. Commercial use of materials of Betties Club is strictly prohibited.
3. The subscriber is responsible for paying periodic subscription fees according to the then-current billing terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable. For your convenience and satisfaction, all memberships will automatically renew upon expiration unless your subscription is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to expiration. 4. There is no express or implied warranty of any kind inlcuding warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Betties Club offers no assurance of uninterrupted or error free service. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the materials and all services provided by Betties Club is borne to you.
5. It is not allowed to use Download-Manager or other Software to download the content of this page. We will charge you the traffic-costs and an amount of at least 1.500,- € if you use such a Software !
